We take pride in the heritage and quality of our hand-woven Harris Tweed; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 28 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments remain in their original condition with all authentic Harris Tweed labels and tags still attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our Isle of Harris customer service team with your order number to request a return authorization.

  Pack Securely

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the Harris Tweed Orb mark labels are protected and any previous shipping labels are removed.

  Ship to the Hebrides

  Affix the provided return label and drop off the package at your nearest post office; we recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned tweed to confirm its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
